Codename: Mr. Shocky (Self Proclaimed, not an actual name)

Appearance: Blonde Hair, Amber eyes. Has an athletic muscular build and takes pride in wearing name clothing, even if he is flat broke all the time.

Personality: Trace has an interesting personality, given his past background as a Mutant. Regardless of the hate he often gets, he remains realistically optimistic, and has an out going look. He has a particular penchant for being flirty with the opposite sex, and seems to dislike people telling him what to do. This makes him highly unpredicable, he's as likely to try and rob a bank, then he is to save a group of kids from a burning building.
History: Trace was born what he is, and has always had trouble couping what that fact. His powers never really showed until his teen years, and before that..had a relatively normal child hood. He was born in Los Angeles, Califonia, and lives there for most of his life. It was when he hit high school, that things went down hill.
Getting into a fight with a group of 6 kids, gang affiliated that his powers activated. When he started to lose, and one pulled a knife, his body left off a massive surge of electricity, knocking out and burning the kids around him. Needless to say, he was promply expelled. His parents unable to accept what was happened, took him to doctors and multiple specialistics in order to try to cure him.
When no cure came, his parents started to distance themselves. One night though, he finally had enough of the looks, the chastizing, and packed up his stuff without a work. Since then he became little more then a drifter, jumping from state to state to job to job, making his way east. He heard about a Mutant school, and was invited there where he had met Xavier. An invitation was given to him, but it was one he was iffy on to say the least after past experiences.
He decided to once more drift, but not before being given a phone, guarded against his emp effect. He was informed of his potential of greatness before he walked away, his powers and his attunment to multiple forms of energy. Still though, he left in the end. He finished his GED on the road, and is still going from place to place, with little to his name..but..thats how preferred it.

*Lightning Torrent: Creates a wave of eletric energy that can be thrown at foe in a very focused effort, or multiple foes in a not so focused effort. 30 (Fantastic)
*Lightning Channel: Amplifies energy into his body, usually into his legs to feet to cause electricity to crackle around them. He often uses it to augment his physical punching and kicking power, but useful in a grapple too! Causes electric damage, can short electronics. 20 (Remarkable)
*Reflex Shot: Focusing his energy, he can greatly augment his reaction times, raising his Fighting and Agility Capabilities. His eyes glow blue when he activates the stunt in this way. 20 (Remarkable)
Equipment:
Emp Protected Cellphone, Stuck in a Rubber Case when not in use, can't be too safe. Apple 5
Kevlar Vest, Worn underneath his shirt, he doesn't have bulletproof skin..yet.
Taser, Why does he need one of this? He does, but he has one, just for the hell of it.
Knuckle Gloves: Gloves with weights in the knuckles to give them that brass knuckle feel, feel the punch.
Steel-Toed Sean John Boots: Goes for the same effect as the knuckles, just with the feet this time. Don't bloody them, he'll be pissed.
Flaws
Gentlemen: Trace has trouble harming women, and often has to psyche himself up to get past his mental block.
Problem With Authority: He has a hard time swallowing someone telling him what to do, regardless of how inanely simple it is. Needless to say, it's led to him having a hard told holding onto a job, and a finding a team, he's reading self help books on this one.
Technologically Fails: Due to him constantly generating electric currents down to a genetic level, he's constant emitting a low electromagnetic pulse. If its within touching distance for him, unless specifically protected against it, technogically will fail. No video games or Computer time for him.
